The Role:

  • Be the first contact person for employees‘ questions regarding People Administration Topics
  • Engage new hires, coordinating all the elements of their on-boarding and serving as a resource for them
  • Work closely with management to define our values and support our culture
  • Assist in the development of processes, policies and tools related to HR & People
    Preparation and reviewing of payroll

Your profile:

  • ~ 2 years experience in People Administration and/or Payroll
  • Basic knowledge in social security insurance, tax and employment law
  • Fluency in German and very good English
