Looking for:
We are looking to hire a dynamic PR &amp; Events coordinator to join our company. In this role, you'll be in charge of overseeing the company's media communications by closely collaborating with our PR partners and also be the face of the company at various tech and crypto/NFT events, while maintaining good relationships with all the stakeholders.
 
Roles &amp; Responsibilities:

 <li>Define Venly's public relations goals by developing and implementing strategies and determining a roadmap for success&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Conduct in-depth research and find the events that are relevant for our goals&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Drive the company’s mission by always representing our vision in every event&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Own every aspect of an event, from choosing the right events to success metrics&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Manage sponsorships for the events and present at the events; coordinate traveling, set up booths at venue, etc.&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Keep financials and timelines for the events under control at all times&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Analyze and evaluate the event’s results; Create and present reports of the events&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Working with the marketing team to plan and implement PR campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Working closely with our PR agency partners and coordinating with them for all aspects of the PR work&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Cultivating strong relationships with media outlets and journalists to ensure efficient communication and maximum coverage&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Maintaining an up-to-date press list of journalists, influencers, and other members of the media.&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Analyzing the outcome of public relations campaigns and reporting the findings to management&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Work cross-functionally to establish brand, tone of voice, and clear commercial objectives for every event &amp; PR campaigns</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:&nbsp;
<ul>
 <li>Degree in communications, marketing, advertising, journalism, public relations or a related field is a plus.&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in events and/or public relations, ideally representing a tech/crypto company in various events&nbsp;</li>
 <li>English speaker with impressive verbal and written communication/presentation skills&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Passionate about crafting the messaging and flawlessly communicating it to the target audience.&nbsp;</li>
 <li>High-level understanding of marketing communications, relationship management, and brand strategy&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Excellent knowledge of public relations best practices, brand management, and media strategies.&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Entrepreneurial in spirit with solid organizational skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Proven ability to work collaboratively across internal and external teams with strong interpersonal skills.&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Experience and ability to collaborate with personnel and members of the media&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Experience managing budgets and expense tracking for events&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Strong project management and time-management skills&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Willingness to travel to events all over the world&nbsp;</li>
 <li>General understanding of the blockchain &amp; NFT space&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Experience in crypto industry is a strong plus&nbsp;</li>
