We are Innerspace - a fast growing Virtual-Reality-Training company. Our purpose is to empower our customers and their employees to master essential industrial processes. We are bundling expertise in VR, training and industry knowhow, to build and deliver impactful and scalable VR training systems for operators in the pharmaceutical industry.

We are looking for a successful product leader, eager to scale the next brilliant solution to global reach. What you will be doing

  • Set and own strategy and vision for the product roadmap
  • Work with leadership team, to align priorities and business objectives
  • Define the why, when, and what of our core product
  • Analyse market and competitive conditions
  • Engage with customers and anticipate their needs
  • Own the product roadmap and the release management
  • Define, analyse and oversee key metrics, to drive constant improvement to product and user experience
  • Determine, prioritize and manage implementation of features and improvements
  • Foster the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas
  • Coordinate with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams


Job requirements

What we think you need

  •  3+ years of Product Management experience
  • Proven track record of creating production ready products and services
  • Strong analytical skills and propensity for data-driven decision-making
  • Experience working with agile Scrum teams
  • Appreciation of user experience design
  • Result-driven, as well as excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
  • Must be able to navigate and blend into a high pace start-up environment
