YOUR ROLE

• You assist our customers in setting up their automated VAT compliance systems.
• You host live demos and webinars for our clients.
• You partner with our tech specialists and sales team.
• You answer product-specific client enquiries by phone and in writing. 
• You travel to trade shows, conferences, and other events to represent Taxdoo.

YOUR PROFILE

• You completed a commercial education (vocational training or university degree).
• You enjoy helping others in solving their problems.
• You have good skills and experience in relationship management.
• You are accurate. Really accurate.
• You can seamlessly switch between German and English (further languages are highly appreciated).
• You have a friendly and patient nature.
